Boot Camp has quickly become a favorite
class of both regulars and newcomers to Fit Body Transformations. It
is designed as a physical training program that focuses on losing
body fat, increasing cardiovascular efficiency, and increasing
strength. Jogging, jumping, plyometrics, push ups, squats, lunges,
suspension training, and a variety of calisthenic interval training
are combined to create a challenging and rewarding class.
Boot Camp is designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves and is very versatile in that one works at their own pace and progresses at their own speed. Not only is Boot Camp a super fun way to improve physical health, it is beneficial for mental health and many other things!
